5)Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi Temple
Sri Kanaka Mahalakshmi Ammavaru is believed to be the family deity of the rajas in the Visakhapatnam in #Mostfamoustemplesinvisakhapatnam. According to stories from locals, the Goddess idol has been taken out from a well and placed in the middle of the road in the year 1912. After some days the Municipal authorities shifted the idol from the center of the road to a fixed place in the corner due to road extensions.

The temple is very famous and well known goddess in Vizag people. The Goddess Nookambica Ammavaru is so called as a village deity who protects village people from the threats.

7) Sri Jaganadha Swamy Temple

This is also one of the oldest temples in the city and is said to have been constructed in 1th Century by a King called Ananta Varman Choda Ganga Deva.
